Tossing in the perfect compliment of Corn, Potatoes, Mushrooms, Sausage, Shrimp and Crabs, we spice the pot to perfection and guarantee a true taste of our authentic Cajun cuisine.
From drinks to logistics, we take care of the details so you can sit back, relax and peel to your heart's content. Our trailers are equipped to handle up to 5,000 pounds at a time, and - in addition to the best crawfish you’ve ever had - we also provide the tents, tables and chairs needed for your event.
To celebrate the 125th anniversary of Zatarain's seasoning, Catering Cajun took part in the world’s largest crawfish boil - cooking up more than 27,000 pounds of crawfish. All proceeds from this historic event were donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank.
